Prior to assuming the role of Director of Development and External Affairs, Geoff was a member of the Upper School History Department for almost 20 years, serving as Department Chair, Director of Foreign Studies and as the architect and Director of the School's Irish Studies Program.  A recipient of the MKA Founder's Cup for teaching excellence, he also received the Amherst College's Phoebe and Zephaniah Swift Moore Award for outstanding teaching and the Princeton University Prize for Distinguished Secondary School Teaching.
