Shannon graduated summa cum laude with honors and received a 2008 NATA Scholarship Award, and EATA Scholarship Award, a PATS Scholarship Award and a Research & Education Foundation Award among others.
An approved clinical instructor and a certified personal trainer, Shannon was a graduate assistant athletic trainer at West Virginia University.
Shannon enjoys travelling, running and working out, spending time outside and at the beach, and dogs.
